Estia II Hearth of the Soul
In ancient mystery tradition, Hestia is incorruptible: the Virgin Deity who guards the Perennial Flame at the Center of the Universe. Alchemists called this space anator, a hermetic womb where raw matter dissolves to be reborn as Spiritual Gold.
The structure is located opposite the majestic Torre di Lavello park within the medieval walls of Tuscania. From the windows, a marvelous view opens directly onto the hill of San Pietro (Temple of the Sun), an ancient Etruscan cult dedicated to the sun, where the 11th-century basilica stands.
Here, the female archetype of the Goddess finds its maximum energetic and visual expression. This corner of Tuscania, suspended above the Marta River valley, is literally surrounded by the Etruscan necropolis.
